We have searched hard for quality 4 wheel dolly. One of the problems with your typical carpeted furniture dolly is that is slips and slides around on the piece as your moving it. Applying shrink wrap to the piece of furniture was the only way to solve the slipping issue.
Another issue we have is carrying large pieces of glass or marble. Placing heavy glass on a 4 wheel dolly is a true "core" workout. The dolly tends to shoot off in any direction, then glass just slips on the carpet.
